SIMPLE INVESTMENT PROCESS
Start building your portfolio in minutes
SELECT A PROPERTY ON OUR PORTAL
You can choose from a number of investment projects. Each investment shows the projected return and key details that you can view in the project presentation.
Each property is acquired by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and purchased by investor funds.
Investors then receive shares in the SPV. Shares received will be proportionate to your share of the property.
EARN RENTAL INCOME
You start earning income from the day the property is purchased. All acquired properties are already tenanted and managed by a professional letting agent. Rent is fully underwritten to provide security in case of void periods and other tenant-related issues.
The rental income is paid net any management and maintenance costs. The payment is made into an e-wallet account via MANGOPAY or to your bank account of choice.
SHARE CAPITAL GROWTH
Our projections are based on neutral market assumptions, but please feel free to verify and conduct your own due diligence before investing.
All proceeds are shared among the investors after any incurred costs and expenses.
SELL YOUR SHARE & RE-INVEST
Why not re-invest after selling your investment?
Our Secondary Market gives you an option to sell your investment anytime you wish.
